Really good location, a short walk to the subway and surrounded by plenty of coffee shops. The building has a concierge, and the laundry room is convenient (4 washers/4 dryers, card payment). There's also a rooftop gym, though it's compact as shown in the photos; just note that the cable row machine was out of order during our stay. The apartment is exactly as pictured and very spacious. The style is minimal and functional rather than cozy, but everything you need is there. The kitchen is well-stocked, which was great for cooking. The internet worked well throughout our stay. The building is professionally managed, and while the apartment has minor signs of wear (a few wall scratches, some used kitchen items), nothing impacted our comfort. A fan and heater are available if needed. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay — we'd recommend it to anyone looking for space and a good location!
