Through different business models that include marketing, fixed income or administration, the owners who integrate their properties also enjoy a relationship of trust and a high degree of ethics, honesty and transparency with Virtual Homes.
Fixed Income
- Have a property within our areas of operation.
- We carry out a market study validating the business viability.
- We draw up a traditional lease agreement in which the owner's authorization to sublease the property is very clearly established.
- Once the property is ready, we promote it on our different platforms and sell nights of accommodation.
- Once the contract is signed, our team specialized in maintenance and interior design adapts the property, this requires a período de gracia de 28 días.
Marketing
- If you have a hotel or property outside our areas of operation but it is in good condition for the operation of our business model, we can help you with the marketing of your property, this has a 6% fee on the monthly income generated by the property.

Due to our temporary rental model, it allows us to have flexibility when executing a contract. If you decide to cancel the contract, you only have to wait for the current reservation to end and make sure that there are no future reservations, unlike a housing contract that is mandatory for at least 12 months.
