- What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 12 pm. If you wish to check in before or check out after these times, please contact us to check availability.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- 30 days before the arrival date: Full refund.
- Between 7 and 30 days before the arrival date: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days: Non-refundable.
- 100% refund within 48 hours of booking, only if it´s 14 days prior to check in.
- Are pets allowed in the properties?
90% of our properties are pet-friendly. Please contact us to confirm acceptance if you have any doubts.
- Are additional services available?
Certainly, our team can assist you in coordinating additional cleanings, tours, transportation, shopping, and other services. Don't forget to ask about our monthly guides where we provide recommendations for cafes, restaurants, and events in CDMX.
- What should I do if I encounter any issues during my stay?
