We wanted to stay in the neighbourhood because we were visiting a friend who lives there, so the location for us was perfect. The listing is as described and is perfectly comfortable. However, we had a problem with the shower. First there was no hot water, then there was no shower head, and this was not fixed until the end of our stay. We tried communicating with the owners via the phone number and the building security guard and another number the security guard gave us, but none of these methods were particularly effective (I thought going via phone / in person would be most effective, but I know realise I should have just used the airbnb messaging function immediately). We asked for some compensation for the fact that we couldn’t properly use the shower for the duration of our stay but the owners did not believe this was necessary.
