How to become a part of Virtual Homes
We are constantly growing in Virtual Homes, our integration department evaluates whether a property is viable to generate an experience that is positive for our guests, which is our main goal.
We are always open to new partnerships in VH!
Through implementing different business models that include marketing, fixed income and management, owners that integrate their properties with Virtual Homes also enjoy a relationship of trust and a high degree of ethics, honesty and transparency.
Fixed rent
- If you have a property within our operation areas
- We study the market to validate the business feasibility.
- We make a traditional lease contract in which the owner's authorization to sublease the property is clearly established.
- Once the contract is signed, our team specialized in maintenance and interior design will adjust the property, this requires a grace period of 28 days.
- Once the property is ready, we promote it on our different platforms and market it for nightly rental.


Marketing
- If you own a hotel or a property outside our areas of operation but is in good condition for the operation of our business model, we can help you with the marketing of your property, this has a fee of 6% on the monthly income generated by the property.
- We take care of the promotion and marketing in the different platforms.
Administration
This is a dynamic model, in which the monthly income is variable according to what the property generated monthly. Due to our temporary rental model, it allows us to have flexibility when executing a contract. If you decide to cancel the contract, you only have to wait for the current reservation to end and make sure that there are no future reservations, unlike a housing contract that is mandatory for at least 12 months.

What do I need to become a member?
- Keep the property in good condition.
- Have a bank account, since payments are made via electronic transfer, without exception.
- Be able to issue an invoice for housing rent.
- The administration should be friendly to our business system; any questions in this regard can be clarified with the administration.
