Overall I had a good stay. Staff was very accommodating, responsive, and friendly. Cleaning staff also treated me like family and I saw they worked very hard. Overall I had a good stay. A few things I feel they do need to work on/change: deep cleaning in the apt as well as general areas is a must. Perhaps the staff is overworked, not sure (blinds and walls were splashed with coffee, elevator was often dirty). Additionally, a few other things were missing in the apt such as: a water filter (or perhaps a few bottles of water as I checked in), full length mirror, pots and pans were missing (had to request them). Lastly, there's a bar right in front of the building that plays extremely loud music on Fridays and Saturdays. This is not something they can change but important to consider.

Pros: - Host was very responsive - Space was clean - Front desk staff was friendly and helpful - The roof top is awesome - Fast WiFi Cons: - Very noisy outside. Not the host’s fault. It’s above a very busy traffic triangle. Important to know if you are on virtual calls during the day - The space was smaller than the photos made it look - The kitchen was not well stocked.
