The location cannot be beat and provides excellent access to Condesa, Roma Norte, and Juarez neighborhoods. All of the staff ~except~ one front desk person were friendly and helpful. Staff were helpful and accommodating to our non-Spanish speaking companions and patient with my limited Spanish vocabulary. Staff were responsive via Airbnb app to questions and one maintenance request, which was solved almost immediately. The apartment itself is as advertised. However, the shower temperatures swung violently between scalding hot and frigid every 10-15 seconds. Additionally, both bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival. Access to the building and apartment is easy, with electronic codes for each. Overall, it was a great home base for our trip. Note that the building itself is not insulated well, so if noise from neighbors or the street bothers you, definitely bring ear plugs. At night, it’s just a low rumble of car noise and the occasional sound from a neighbor.
For my family, it was all about location and safety. We were attending a destination wedding in the Roma Norte and the location was 2 blocks from the reception and 1 block from the wedding ceremony. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood and the building itself. Outstanding for both. The unit itself was very sparten, but worth the price. Communication was fast and courteous. All in all, very happy with the choice.
