Overall great stay! It was a bit difficult to check in at first, the check-in time is already a bit later than expected (4pm) but in my case it wasn't available on time. I had to go through Airbnb. Other than that it was a great stay. A few things to keep in mind though: Location: great location. However, for those who are light sleepers I would think twice. Its right next door to a park and courts where it can get very loud on the weekends. Check-in: 4pm. Which is on the later side of most Airbnbs. No AC: this is stipulated in the reservation, but its good to spell out as sometimes we dont always check. Otherwise great stay and comes highly recommended!
En general todo bien. Lo que no nos gustó es que la hora de llegada (4pm) es muy tarde, las regaderas tienen sarro por falta de mantenimiento y que la chispa de la estufa no sirve y no había encendedor. La cálidas de toallas no es la mejor pues están desgastadas.

The place was remarkable, worth the price, very clean, had a private lgbt event the weekend we were there, and walking distance to do much. The other reviews of the place being noisy outside and you can hear people moving their chairs from the next room. Overall a great place to stay if you are there to be out most of the time.
