PROS: The location was central to restaurants, and it was easy to walk to Roma Norte & Condesa. The front desk staff was personable and helpful, communicating with us through an outside app. They knew our kids and welcomed us every time we returned to the unit! The rooms matched the pictures from the listing, and the beds were comfortable. The WiFi was reliable and it was easy to call a car downstairs for all of our day trips. There’s a small cafe downstairs that had good coffee, and many walkable stores for amenities. DRAWBACKS: Because the apartment is on the street, the front bedroom is loud (to be expected in a city location - a white noise machine helps!). What we couldn’t tell from the listing was that no additional supplies are included in the rental (dish soap, paper towels, sponges, salt and pepper - basics for cooking, cleaning supplies, etc). We walked to a nearby Walmart to stock up for our visit. The water was never hot for the two back bathrooms even with short showers.

Todo fue excelente desde la reservación, la estancia y hasta la entrega del departamento. los anfitriones excelentes personas, con un servicio y atención increíble. sin duda lo recomendaría bastante. la zona tranquila, bonita y excelentemente bien ubicada.
