Excellent Polanco location—perfect for business with everything (food, groceries, shops, conveniences) within a short walk. The apartment itself is basic: loud street noise requires earplugs, and shower pressure/fixtures were subpar (not hotel standard). The host was responsive with extra towels and showerhead cleaning, but overall felt a bit hands-off. We asked for a small refund adjustment for these issues but are still waiting. Location made it workable for 2 weeks, though it fell short of expectations on comfort and finish.
