The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is quite good, just a short walk to the park and surrounded by plenty of cafés and restaurants. That said, the area can feel a bit deserted at night, and the nearby bus terminal means it’s best to be cautious if you’re out late. I stayed for a month, and the place is well-equipped for a long stay. The room itself was a bit small and felt cramped, so I rearranged a few things to make it more comfortable, like moving the trash can outside instead of having it right next to the bed. The patio is a great feature, especially on sunny days. Just keep in mind that being on the first floor near the service area means you’ll hear some noise from the hallway and service rooms. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay.
