My partner and I, along with our small dog, stayed here for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is incredibly cute and spacious, with all the amenities you could need. The free on-site laundry was a huge plus. The location is ideal—within walking distance to Parque España, where our dog loved playing, and conveniently next to a Petco. You have everything you need nearby, food, a cute little bar, cafes etc. also including paid street parking. Not to mention, the great customer service. We will definitely stay here again when we're back in CDMX. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 2 months and overall it was great for our visit to CDMX. Pros: location was wonderful, the staff at the front desk were friendly, the balcony and roof were super nice to have, laundry was easy, plenty of room, easy access to the building and apartment 24/7. Cons: hard for light sleepers (traffic is noisy in the mornings and the building shakes when trucks drive by), some sharp edges on the wood furnishings, and we had a few disruptions to the gas/water (some of which were announced). I'm not sure I'd stay here for months at a time again, but perfect for a quick tourism trip 🙂
