I recently stayed at this property, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was located on the top floor, and I was impressed with how modern and minimalist everything looked – it gave off a clean, sleek vibe that was appealing. The elevator was a great touch, making it easy to get to our room without any hassle. However, there were a few things that could have been better. First, we had an issue with accessing our room. The code provided to enter the room didn’t work the first time, and the door was already unlocked. The second time, we couldn’t get in with the code, and my husband had to contact the virtual concierge for assistance. They had reset the code without informing us. While the staff was quick to resolve the issue, it was a bit inconvenient. Another downside was the amount of dust on every surface. It seemed like the sliding doors weren’t sealed tight, and I’m guessing that’s why dust had accumulated.
