great location in condesa, walkable, beautiful parks and restaurants near by. conviennt for Uber pickups, supermarket next door. amenities were ok, basic. noisy because of traffic on the main road, barely any hot waterfor shower. check in after hours was stressful. we had to pickup keys from another location with no clear instructions on accessing the building or locate the office in the building. unresponsive. Thank God for a gentleman who entered the building and thankfully spoke English. to make things worse, we were given the keys to one place but sent to another place. finally after a lot of back n forth we took another taxi and got to the correct place but unlocking multiple doors was challenging. no access to the elevator. had to carry all the suitcases using stairs. learn some Spanish - it makes it less of a struggle communicating. google translate is not that helpful.
The stay was wonderful, with only a kind of a big deal If you do not check in at the time they offer. You need to drive to another location to pick up keys.
