great location and security staff was very kind and helpful!
The apartment was in an excellent location! I would say that if you’re looking to work remotely this may not be the best as there was often noise and construction from units being cleaned or renovated. The staff was helpful when I had issues with the room keypad access no longer working, however I was thankful that didn’t occur in the late hours as it may have been difficult to get assistance.

Very pretty, clean, great staff and good location made worth 4 stars besides the huge disadvantage which was not having steady hot or cold water - ever. Both temperatures run but showers can’t stabilize one temperature so throughout the shower it changes from very hot and very cold randomly. I asked management about it and they said the building has this issue from being an old construction so it wasn’t possible to repair. Apparently it happens when many showers are in use. Also, AC units don’t work which made it quite inconvenient and I didn’t pay attention to the listing when it says “portable AC” ceiling fans are enough for the nighttime only specially if you’re used to cold cities. Overall we were very happy with the stay for being a pretty and clean space and specially since we were able to stay with our dog who helps my husband’s disability.
