Host was responsive and check in was painless. Hot water came out fast and everything was pretty clean. I do wish they had a couple of more space heaters for the rooms as there were only two and the house was pretty cold during the winter. Overall, the place was safe and walkability to restaurants and bars was excellent!

The apartment is as shown in the photos, and the host was kind and responsive throughout the process. Everything worked during our stay. The building is older, which is common in the area, so the shared spaces, tiles, and general appearance may feel dated compared to newer buildings. Inside the apartment, everything is functional, though a few things may take a moment to get used to, such as the second entry door key and the keypad lock. I would also recommend confirming the check-in process with the host ahead of time, since the key is brought to you and the building doorman does not handle Airbnb guest service. Overall, it is a functional apartment with a responsive host. If you are specifically looking to stay in this area, it can be a good option, especially if you are comfortable with older buildings and a few small functional quirks.
