Although we ended up getting so ill from our first visit in Mexico that we had to cut our stay short, we were blown away by our experience with Virtual Homes. The stay felt like we were at home but the views from our apartment and the terrace were unmatched! The shower flow and hot water capacity ensured we always had a comfortable shower. The location is in the middle of everything; we were able to walk very short distances to tons of amazing restaurants. The staff is really what sets this place apart though; the desk attendant knew we didn’t feel well and was always checking in on us, giving us advice on how to feel better, and directing us to the appropriate hospital when we decided that’s what we wanted. Having coin laundry in the basement was convenient for preparing for our trek home as well. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery. Highly recommend this place to anyone for their stay in CDMX.

Really nice loft, was there only for a couple of days but I can easily see this as a monthly rental apartment. The staff downstairs work around the clock and are super friendly. Would definitely come back

Great place overall. The location is very convenient since it is near public transportation (public bikes, metrobus and metro) and lots of touristic points of interest. The only thing was that the walls are a bit thin and you can hear your neighbors. Keep in mind laundry requires change. Loved it, definitely would consider going back.
