Very basic accommodation, the very minimum needed was provided but not much else. Exactly as many towels as needed, but no kitchen towels or napkins or paper towels for kitchen, for example. The apartment was clean and looked as presented in photos, but it shows some signs of wear and tear, which was not a huge deal for us. Also, for light sleepers, bring earplugs. It is on a very busy street, and it is a half block away from a nearby rooftop club so every night is noisy but especially the weekend nights, when the bar/club is open late and playing music til about 2am. Our dates were offered at a significant nearly 50% discount from the regular rate, so it was a great value for the neighborhood at half off. While the unit met the expectation (you get what you pay for), I would have been a little disappointed with it if I had paid full price.

Overall I had a good stay. Staff was very accommodating, responsive, and friendly. Cleaning staff also treated me like family and I saw they worked very hard. Overall I had a good stay. A few things I feel they do need to work on/change: deep cleaning in the apt as well as general areas is a must. Perhaps the staff is overworked, not sure (blinds and walls were splashed with coffee, elevator was often dirty). Additionally, a few other things were missing in the apt such as: a water filter (or perhaps a few bottles of water as I checked in), full length mirror, pots and pans were missing (had to request them). Lastly, there's a bar right in front of the building that plays extremely loud music on Fridays and Saturdays. This is not something they can change but important to consider.
